To promote a meaningful dialogue between, Operations and civil society, expanding knowledge about disputes over land and sea domains, their mineral and biological resources, which tend to fuel conflicts and geopolitical tensions on multiple geographic scales, involving different actors and leading nations to claim borders, generating territorial conflicts with processes of dispossession and deterritorialization of the most vulnerable populations.

• Analyze the risks associated with climate change, from a temporal perspective, from the past to the future, as well as a spatial perspective, from the global to the local;
• Discuss Geopolitical Risks in the face of territorial conflicts due to security issues and/or competition for resources, their local and global impacts;
